HomeBench is led by Andrew Meehan, who brings over 15 years of experience across the Scottish property sector. Starting in 2005, just ahead of the Global Financial Crisis, he has operated through the full cycle of market conditions.
His career includes roles at CALA Homes and, most recently, Associate Director of Research at Rettie & Co, where he specialised in market analysis, development strategy and data-led insight. Alongside that, he completed a second degree in Surveying.
He has worked across PLC housebuilders, the Scottish Government, industry bodies and institutional investors - breadth that underpins HomeBench's approach: real-world understanding combined with robust data, delivering practical, commercially relevant insight.
